Returns and Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the products or from the date a third party you have designated, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by making a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 30 days after receiving the returned products. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this refund.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The products were purchased within the last 30 days.
The products are in their original packaging.

The following products cannot be returned:

Supply of products made according to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Supply of products that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, such as products that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiration date.
Supply of products not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
Supply of products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

Product Returns:

We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during the return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable postal service. We will not be able to issue a refund without the effective receipt of the products or proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive credit for the value of the return. Once the returned products are received, we will send you a gift voucher.

If the products were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to later give it to you, we will send the refund to the gift purchaser.

Exemption and Warranties:

In accordance with the regulations in the Republic of Colombia, the material contained on "The Site", including, but not limited to, texts, graphics, links, is provided on an "as is" basis, with no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of suitability for a particular purpose that do not infringe or violate third-party rights.

Present the original purchase invoice.
The product will be under review for 30 business days by amentrail and the manufacturer. If approved, the user will be responsible for all necessary expenses, which will be mentioned beforehand. Please note that response time may vary depending on the brand and product, and is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturers.

Products Exempt from Warranty:

Misuse or mishandling of the product.
Damage or impact by third parties.
Normal wear and tear from product use.
Installation in unauthorized workshops.
Environmental conditions.
Second owner.
