Yes, you can change your video call package with your coach every 6 months. We plan with a medium- and long-term approach. This allows you to adjust the number of sessions according to your needs and progress in the training program. If you feel you need more support or prefer to reduce the frequency of video calls, you can request a change at the end of the 6-month period. Our goal is to ensure the plan fits your goals and availability perfectly.
I'm a beginner, can I do it?
Yes, the program is designed to suit all levels, including beginners. We offer personalized plans for endurance training or hybrid programs that combine strength sessions. This ensures you can progress safely and effectively, always respecting your current level and helping you reach your goals. No matter if you're just starting, we’ll guide you step by step to your next level!
Do I need to buy any equipment?
Not necessarily. However, having a smartwatch that can monitor key body metrics during training and daily life is essential. It helps optimize progress tracking and allows us to adjust your plan according to your needs. If you already have one, you're ready to start. If not, we can guide you in choosing the best device for you.
How does the follow-up work?
Follow-up is done through the TrainingPeaks platform, where you can monitor your progress, receive your training plans, and log your metrics. However, we believe human interaction is key to achieving your goals. That’s why we include video calls in the packages, so you can stay closely connected with your coach, get your questions answered, and receive personalized motivation throughout your journey depending on the plan you choose.
Is the payment recurring?
Yes, payment is made monthly using a credit or debit card for a minimum of 6 months. This gives you the flexibility to continue the program according to your needs and goals. You can also adjust your plan or packages based on your progress and preferences.

Do you offer cardiological tests?
Our plans include an initial assessment by a renowned sports cardiologist, conducted virtually. If needed, we can arrange additional tests such as an electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, stress test, and cardiopulmonary exercise test (ergospirometry) at an additional cost.
